SHARE donates £2,000 to help refugees in Greece

“SHARE has supported The Hope Project in Greece since we formed our charity in 2015. This latest donation of £2,000 is a way of us continuing to assist people and specifically feed people who are refugees, who have been fleeing from the terrible atrocities of War in Syria and arriving on Lesvos since early 2015.” Adam Dandy, Co-Founder & Trustee of SHARE.

Lesvos is one of the main hotspots for refugees crossing from Turkey to Greece. It has some of the worst conditions in Europe, people are deprived of their dignity and treated in ways that should not be accepted anywhere in the world.

A spokesperson for The Hope Project said “We would like to thank SHARE in Mold and Chester for still supporting us and for your donation of £2000 for food support.”
