What are your opening hours?
Whilst we endeavour to open during the stated times above, we cannot guarantee to be open at those times and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, friends and supporters. To open the shop we rely on our dedicated volunteers who cannot always commit to the planned opening times in the numbers required.

Do you take duvets, pillows etc
Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept these items, however, local animal centres usually welcome these.

Do you take bed frames, mattresses, sofas etc
We would love to be able to accept these items but unfortunately we do not have storage facilities on this scale. If we are in need of any specific items eg. if someone is moving in to housing, we will put a shout out on our Facebook page.

Where can I park to drop off donations at the shop?
The shop is located in the city centre of Chester, next to Chester Amphitheatre, and has a loading bay access ramp with vehicular access on Volunteer Street where you can pull up off the road and press the doorbell for assistance at the bottom of the ramp. The postcode is CH1 1DF. 

How can I support share?

• Donate clothing, shoes, bags in good condition which we can sell in our charity shop in Chester or our centre in Mold
• Make a one-off or regular donation
• Donate towards share overheads and the cost of running the charity
