John Sloan, one of the co-founders of Refugee Support Europe, is doing another of his tours around the UK to discuss the World Wide Refugee situation and the work that Refugee Support Europe has done in the refugee camps in Greece, Bangladesh, Mexico and now Cyprus, where John has been part of each one of those operations.
John has very kindly agreed to come and speak to us at Share and we would like to invite you to join us at 7.00pm on Friday 18th October, at The Levenshulme Room at Chester Racecourse, to listen to his experiences and what we can learn from them.
He will be discussing subjects such as what has changed in the last 4 years? How can we put more pressure on politicians to do more? How prepared are we for the next crisis that will be the result of Climate Change?
