Today has been a very special day thanks to those of you who sponsored a Christmas Dinner for someone who is homeless, in Chester these lovely volunteers gave up their Christmas Day to serve a delicious roast dinner and Christmas presents to 20 people who are without a place to call home this year and are sleeping rough, prepared by the awesome team at The Coach House Inn - Chester.
Meanwhile over in Flintshire at Local Solutions we provided Christmas Dinners and Christmas presents for over 30 families including 36 children who are homeless this Christmas and over in Crewe 11 people who are homeless who were invited to stay at the Holiday Inn Express for the Christmas period, completely free of charge, were treated to a full cooked breakfast and a Christmas lunch.
In Neston on the Wirral and in Upton in Chester we worked with the foodbank yesterday and over the weekend to provide a months worth of food and enough toys for a total of 7 children who’s family’s were struggling to cope this Christmas and would have otherwise gone without and finally in Waverton, Chester we provided thousands of brand new toys to Save The Family who very kindly dispatched them across the region to children who are homeless and many who’s family are struggling to keep a roof over their heads this year.
Each and every one of you who sponsored a meal or collected presents this Christmas should be very proud of yourselves, thank you, we couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️
