HomelessHub

Are you homeless? Sleeping rough or Sofa Surfing? Share’s HomelessHub is a place where you can go during certain daytime hours and receive shelter, warm food, clothing, toiletries, friendship and most importantly help and guidance, including information on what other services across Chester are available to you, help with your applications, sending emails, free online access, Job and Careers advice, and much more!

Warm food for people who are homeless

Share’s HomelessHub is located under the Presbyterian Church at the top of City Road in Chester, opposite the Premier Inn Hotel.

Presbyterian Church Chester

At the Hub we open 5 days a week:

Monday 11am - 1pm

Tuesday 6pm - 8pm

Wednesday 11 - 1pm

Thursday 6pm - 8pm

Friday 11-1

Saturday & Sunday Closed.

On the morning sessions we provide cooked food and hot drinks to over 30 service users. We also provide 2 day water based food parcels to those that have just gone into temporary accommodation, this allows a further food bank referral into Crossroads Food Bank.
We also provide toiletries, warm clothing and help with referrals into all local agencies like, DWP, WDP, Cheshire west and Chester Housing Options.

We sit on many local authority commissioned boards with the police, housing options, mental health, drug and alcohol, councillors, social services, other local charities and faith organisations. This allows a joined up working practice to reduce further trauma you may otherwise of had to endure.
Tuesday's and Thursdays sessions provide you with a delicious hot cooked meal and warm drinks, not forgetting lots of chats, board games and movies. We like to make people feel warm safe and very welcome at all times, so don’t worry, we’re here because we want to help you.
